Day Two of the Blogging A- Z Challenge
What is it?
It all began 2010 when a blogger (not me – anyone know who I can credit for this?) challenged other bloggers to post every day for the month of April. If you take out the Sundays of the month, it makes 26 days – one day for each letter of the alphabet, and the challenge grew from there. There are hundreds of bloggers who participate and I’ll post the master list as soon as I get on it for those interested in checking it out. All you need is a website where you can post your blog and an idea to write about, referred to as a theme.
Books and Booze: The Characters of Anna Ellis and what they do for fun.
Today I’m talking with Basil, from the One Collection – One Summer, One Week, and One Night.
During their usual summer vacation at the Aurora Resort, Basil, his wife Jasmine, and their friends Billy and Claire discover that the resort isn’t the family friendly place they always imagined.
It’s a resort for swingers.

What’s your favourite colour? Uh, blue? Is that ok?
Whatever colour you like. These are your answers. Favourite food? Whatever Jasmine makes me! Seriously, I do my fair share of the cooking, but Jas is the best. She makes this tandori chicken that is amazing
Farthest you’ve ever travelled? New Delhi
If you were a musician, what would your band/one name be? I always wanted to be in a band, but it never happened. And now… life. As for a name, I’ll have to think about that—Basil and the Boys. I think that’s a good name, you think. The ladies would think it’s one of those boys bands, but that’s not a bad thing.
What’s your favourite 90’s jam? 90s? That’s…I was only a couple years old! But I guess I listened to a lot of Nirvana growing up. You wouldn’t think it to look at me now, but I was into grudge for a while.
Teenage crush (famous person) Kelly Kopowski. You know the girl from Saved by the Bell. I honestly don’t know the actress’s name, but you know who I mean? Man, I loved her.
Favourite body part Breasts. Am I allowed to say that. I guess I can clarify and say Jasmine’s breasts. But you know—and don’t tell Jas this—Claire’s are pretty spectacular. It still seems odd that I know that, but I’m not complaining!
The last book you read and was it good Barack’s book. It’s was pretty good. Jas wants me to read Michelle’s book too
Favourite alcoholic beverage? That watered down beer from Mexico. Not that it’s good beer, but there’s a lot of good memories from Mexico. Also, those fruity blue drinks were good. I have no idea what’s in them, but I know it was a lot of rum
Last question! Three words to describe you Uh…a little uptight, but fun. I know how to have fun! And I’m a good family man. I hope the kids never find out about Claire!
