This month may be off to a flying start, but I feel like I’m stuck in reverse. I have no new releases to share with you, or new covers. Or even upcoming books.
(There are plenty of books coming up, but not ready to have covers, titles to show…lots of ideas, not lots of books.)
But it’s only January – the end of January, but still! I’ve got time to make 2017 another awesome year for Anna Ellis, right?
2016 was the year of Touch (and no, not the creepy Donald Trump kind!) I released 9 books last year. They may have been short books, but still – that’s nine books to write, revise, edit, covers and promote. A year of burrowing down in the life of Kenna, Del and Iliya. So it’s no wonder the well is a bit dry.
It’s not like I haven’t been busy. All of the Touch series and the five books of the Husbands and Wives series, including the Collection and Interludes Collection, are now available on Kobo, iBooks, Nook, 24 Symbols, Tolino and Page Foundry. Interludes and the Office Plays series will be coming up in the next month or so.
I still have one last book in the Office Plays series to write. It’s coming, I promise!
I’m also going back to the sexy swingers with a new series, Mrs. Robinson’s Red Inn of Happy Couples (not convinced of that title yet, but it will be about a Mrs. Robinson, who is a Tia- like organizer of fun events for couples) One lucky couple from the Husbands and Wives series will be making an appearance! Who would you like to catch up with?
Something in the works that I’m very excited about – I’m going to be dipping into the New Adult genre! I’ll be co-authoring a book with Holly Kerr! It will be full of Holly’s chick lit fun and flare, plus my sexy bits for all to enjoy. Look for that summer 2017.
